Setze die Einstellungen gemäß dem Screenshot unten, der am besten zu deinem Gerät passt.

  • Idenität: Deine Email-Adresse (die du für MySelfnet verwendest)
  • Passwort: Dein MySelfnet-Passwort
  • EAP-Methode: TTLS
  • Phase 2-Autehntifizierung: PAP
  • CA-Zertifikat: "Systemzertifikate verwenden" or "nicht überprüfen"
  • Domain: radius-user.selfnet.de (wenn möglich)

Fehlerbehebung

  1. WLAN Profil für das Selfnet WLAN komplett aus den Systemeinstellungen von Android löschen!
  2. WLAN Profil für das Selfnet WLAN manuell neu hinzufügen (wenn man das Profil von Hand hinzufügt auf jeden Fall sicherstellen, dass TTLS und PAP verwendet werden!!!).
    Bitte auch sicherstellen, dass KEINE Leerzeichen vor, innerhalb oder nach der E-Mail Adresse (Benutzername) sind und dass das richtige Passwort verwendet wird! (Manchmal werden automatisch Leerzeichen eingefügt.)
  3. Smartphone neustarten (komplett ausschalten und dann wieder einschalten!).

Troubleshooting

  1. Completely delete the wireless profile for the Selfnet wireless-LAN in the system settings of Android!
  2. Recreate the profile manually (please make sure it really uses TTLS and PAP!!!).
    Also make sure that there is NO whitespace before, within or after the username (email address) and also make sure to type in the password correctly! (Sometimes whitespaces are being inserted automatically.)
  3. Reboot your device (completely shut it off and turn it on again!).
