Use the following forms to change the status of your Selfnet membership.
The Forms
Please note: There is a time limit of 2 weeks for requests.
- Application for a Resting Membership
You are travelling for a period of time and will not be able to use the services of our association, for example the network, and do not want to pay the membership fee. Then you can apply for a resting membership for a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 6 months. - Cancellation of your Membership
If you want to quit your membership and do not want to use any of the services of our association. - Direct Debit Authorization
Your bank details have changed? Then we need a new direct debit authorization signed by you, so that we can debit the your membership fee automatically from your account.
Submitting the forms
This applies to all applications. In order your applications reaches us, you have to do the following:
- Download the respective application on to your computer .
- Print it out.
- Fill out the respective fields.
- Sign the application.
- Now you have several possibilities to send the application to us.
- Throw the application into our postbox, which is in Allmandring I, 8a. (on the right side of the stairs)
- or send it by mail to :Selfnet e.V.
