New board of Selfnet directors
On 04/28/2010, the general assembly of Selfnet was held and a new board of
directors was elected. As of 04/29/2010, it consists of the following
members:
1st Chairman: Kai-Uwe Amann
2nd Chairman: Stephan Jennewein
Treasurer: Tobias Sick
1st Assessor: Dario Dubberstein
2nd Assessor: Arne Schauf
Short network outage
There might be some short outages this evening between 6pm and 8pm.
This is due maintenance work at our provider.
Internet failure for the city dormitories
During a power-loss in the Max-Kade-Heim a important netzwork-node is not available. Caused by that the city dormitories have no Internet connection. As soon as the power-loss is over the connection will be fixed as soon as possible.
Update: We got a possible timespan: hopefully it'll be fixed in the next 30 Minutes
Update: The Problems have been solved
PS: Afterwards there have been some routing-errors at BelWue. Since tonight it should be working again.
Hackerspace Stuttgart
Today, the first hackerspace in Stuttgart – shackspace – was founded. This hackerspace is powered by shack e.V. Shack e.V. will provide a platform for computer based arts and culture.
