Extra Support-Hour at the Heilmannstraße Dormitory

Because the first of july is a thursday this time there will be an extra Support-Hour from 8 to 9 o'clock (pm) at the Heilmanstraße Dromitory on the first of July 2010.

The Students who moved in for July can use this service to get instant internet access and don't have to wait for it till monday.

Internet failure for the Heilmannstraße dormitories

Today, presumably around 10 o'clock, the internet-connection of the Heilmannstraße dormitory will be shut down for around 1 hour. This is caused by the change of a fiber-optic link between the Heilmannstraße and the Internet.

Renewal of several network cables at the Heilmannstraße Dormitory

We are planning to rewire the house switches in your dormitory on Whit Monday (24th of May) between 11am and 4pm.
This will cause short (a few minutes) network interruptions in all rooms.

Maintenance-Work

Prospective at Monday the 3rd May the first (and propably the second) floor of the Dormitory Heilmannstraße (AXA-Building) will have an internt outage for estimated one hour. The reason therefore is an malfunction of one of our network-switches. This switch has caused some outages the last weeks (like it did 30 minutes ago) and will be replaced by a new one.
